JSKIN Return and Refund Policy
At JSKIN, we care about our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please see our returns and refunds policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Our returns policy only applies to orders delivered to Italy.
How to Initiate a Return

- If your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift cards and promotional items
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
